A Mini cab driver stopped in the CS2 down by the whitechaple building, right in the lane blocking it, there is also a double red line on the car lane next to it. And he was a right fuckin don't give a shit piece of work.
So how can I legally fuck his day up ? What is my best course of action to cause him most distress ? I've got a couple of dodgy pic of cars number plate.
