The rules in post #1 say the tag should be between the north and south circular roads, and there seems to be some stretching of that boundary recently (though I don't know where this one is it sure seems pretty rural). I appreciate there is some flexibility, but where do the boundaries lie? Sorry if I missed some clarification of this in the middle of the thread.

What size clips are you using? Also, what shoes? IT sounds like you are wearing running shoes, and if so yes, the rough/studded treads on the soles will get caught on the edges of the pedals (and they also are very wide). Maybe try a smoother-soled shoe? I have about the same size foot, use MKS Sylvan track and L size MKS clips with these shoes:

and have no problems (above is the Quoc Pham fixed shoe). -

Cycling into Greenwich today, merrily filtering on the right, one of the white van men stuck in the queue decided to U-turn without looking, almost wiping me out.
Yes this happened to me too. Be careful out there people, I can feel the road rage building already. Drivers racing to get ahead to the next tailback. Not looking where they are going, etc.

So I had an accident 10 days ago, and it has become clear that my front wheel is slightly out of round. It spins true, but seems to have developed a bulge that rubs the underside of the front brake in at least one spot (very small clearance since it's a short drop DA 7400 caliper on a track fork). I think I know the answer but does this mean I need my front hub to be rebuilt on a new rim? Or is there another fix? (the wheel is 32h HF Phil Wood hub laced 3x to Velocity Deep V rim). I tried to UTFS but didn't see an obvious answer. Thanks
