But not publicly, which is my point.
Before election day, Tory politicians couldn't say that publicly because they'd have been labelled disloyal; the ones who had given up (many or most) put the knife in by briefing off the record. Right now, as they're regrouping and plotting the next leadership bid, there's still no win for most of them to do that. Some of the far right loonies have criticised it for not being right wing enough, which means they have even less motive to say the campaign was just incompetent, as that would undermine their agenda. When the leadership election kicks off, we may see more accurate criticism of the campaign if it offers an advantage to candidates not associated with the campaign.
The rest of the country was laughing and pointing at the shit campaign, while Tory politicians did the usual "I'm not going to answer your embarrasing question, I'm going to answer a question you didn't ask that does me some good" thing. It's not like the shittiness of the campaign is some secret that has to be unmasked, and it'll make fuck all difference to the rest of us if any of those Tory MPs are the slightest bit honest in public about it.
Getting any of them to be remotely honest about how much damage they did in the last 14 years would be much more significant.

Jusant is quite magical and a pretty good climbing game (if you're not a purist masochist). Maybe a little short - wouldn't have objected to an extra chapter, particularly since level design is one of the strengths.
Quite randomly, I'm suddenly wishing the makers of Jusant and Dredge could get together. I think Jusant's mechanics would work quite well in a quirky horror-themed climbing game. There aren't enough (any?) of those.
The video of the making of "A difficult game about climbing" is a hoot.: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQ_Te-uaPRw

To those who suggested earlier in this thread that Trump is little more than a puppet whose strings are held by Project 2025
Nobody suggested that. You claimed that's what people were saying, they firmly disagreed and said that wasn't the point of the argument.

Can’t believe it didn’t convince more people to vote for Bridgen, who, sadly, lost his deposit with just 3.2% of the vote.
If all AI-generated content did was provide virtual bubbles for delusional, failed crackpots like Bridgen where they could just dream of their "mightiness" in isolation, the technology maybe wouldn't be so worrying.

his brain is obviously working like an adults
It doesn't matter if he can solve the three-body problem while simultaneously analysing grandmaster chess matches in his head, if he can't be persuasively articulate outside it. The Democrat politicians calling for Biden to step down aren't worried about his intelligence so much as they just don't think he can gain the confidence of the U.S. electorate.

he and his inner circle just refuse to accept it
At the centre of U.S. politics there's this whole organisation that comes in with the president and is totally bound to them, much more than they are to the rest of the political party. It's pretty unique in the West, where most other presidents are figureheads. Some of those people probably want to do what's best for party and country but can't see how (especially since he's not cooperating), others will be purely and genuinely devoted to him, others are just there for the ride and since he's the one that brought them in, probably sticking with him for as long as it lasts. God knows what the balance of those and other factions is, but the tension and drama behind closed doors must be epic.
But fuck all that, for the sake of the rest of us.

Some British subject were niced up if they aligned themselves with the British rulers.
This will account for some but it's still defining people in colonialist terms and denying them their own individuality/humanity. There are cunts everywhere, and some are not going to let racism bar them from elite cuntery.

Does it get better as it goes? The first episode was more than a bit shit, with story telling and dialogue like some bad Hollywood bread-and-circuses film from the 1950s. Do they stop doing all the exposition and hammy posturing after episode 1?
