I couldn't agree more. The first one rules - I could watch it now, and then again. I understand more bits of it that I didn't before each time too. You're dead right - it's totally watchable. There's something wrong with you if you don't enjoy it.

The actual Delorean in Back To The Future was put up as the prize in a competition years ago. Some guy who lives in the same place as my gran, Spennymoor, up in geordie land, ended up winning it.

Frantic camerawork is the leitmotif of all programmes nowadays, food ones particularly. It's designed to make you feel inept for not being able to follow a simple recipe, through no fault of your own, while validating the presenter in question. It mimics the frantic pace of real life - listen to how many times you hear the 'these days, we all have busy lives' line on cookery programmes, so something is rustled up quickly that you can't possibly follow. The schizophrenic camerawork patronisingly reinforces this.

On a serious note, the best place to ride isn't a place at all - it's at night. I've recently taken to a quick burn late at night. Lovely feeling, buildings all lit up, space, time, no light, lovely stuff.
