Cancel your insurance with them immediately. They are a bunch of con artists. I had my laptop stolen, the wouldn't pay out. I had my solictor friend look through their t&c and he said they'd worded it so it would be almost impossible for them to pay out. After I aired my woes, similar stories arose from my peers. E&L insurance is shit.
