I guess you rode fixed with no clips? if you got some decent clips, straps and shoes and gave it a few weeks I'm sure you will start to like it

When i ride it as Fixed Gear, it was with clips (decent? maybe not, maybe yes) :)

basicly if you ride around at the speed of a bmx or dj bike you will probably be okay

Did you re-painted the frame? Or just a cleaning?

It is an English word, but probably not the one you're looking for. I assume the filler you used was actually an epoxy resin rather than bitumen.

What I did:
Disassembling the bike, cut the support cables and rear derailleur, bitumen (it is a english word?) to smooth imperfections, sanding, clean and lubricate the components.

What I didn´t do:
Removing the old paint (jet filings)
Painting.

only thing i would say is that the top tube protector is pretty pointless as you don't have drop bars.

form over function is annoying!

Imagine if the bike is leaning against a wall, as in the photo, and slip / fall, the handlebars will hit the top tube. So i put a "protection".
