Raw meet

I have once eaten gored-gored at an ethiopian restaurant (I was eating with an ethiopian friend and she was so delighted to find it on the menu I kind of had to share it with her). Big cubes of raw beef with chilli dust was the thing. Somehow having a full belly of raw meat (and injira) was a little disconcerting. Solid protein to other stuff ratio though.

I think, like you decided, that lighter weight front squats will probably be what I try whenever I can make it to the gym (currently I couldn't actually walk there so that probably means it is too soon :])

The back is fully thrown from last week. The most exercise I have been able to do is a 1 hour walk through the park on Sunday. @ChainBreaker, you did the same thing, right (shot by a witch in the middle of a deadlift)? How long until you were back in the gym?

I finally got the expensive hippy happy cow whey protein. It fully tastes like powdered milk when it is mixed in water. I was raised on powdered milk stretched with too much water so it tastes good like that to me. It's like nostalgia.
