I already whined about this somewhere, but the today and following pages not showing which forum the conversation is in is really making things hard. At least on the following page I am familiar with the threadversations but on the 'Today' page it is always surprising.

For example "court take down monday" is, apparently, a polo thing. When I clicked on it I thought LFGSS was getting lawyers sending take down notices.

Vermont, btw, is a rustic bearded land of lots of breweries. If you are of a beer drinking nature and enjoy US American style thick, well-hopped, IPAs and cetera you should find some interesting things there.

It also has a large 'ashram' devoted to this sort of stuff http://www.ruhanisatsangusa.org/. I was raised that way and so went there sometimes with my mom. One time when I was like 12 I befriended a mustachioed older kid with a killer Datsun Z. We hung out in his car, smoked weed, and played 80s hair metal on his car stereo. It was a cool contrast to all of the meditation going on. /cool story Joe.

It's mostly the regional name of that type of sandwich but they are pretty good at making them happen. Soft white bread is the thing.

Italian-american food is rad if you are from italian-america. I get a bit nostalgic for its combination of mushy pasta, huge meatballs, hella parmesan and whatnot. I can't imagine liking it if you are forrin though.

The other thing aside from the above mentioned sea insects in those parts are "grinders" which are giant sandwiches on soft bread. They look something like this:

I see that one and this one all of the time around town. I assume this gets ridden etc. I await seeing it with a new stem and blood drips down the fork. I also saw a sweet bike with bullhorns and spinacis all fully taped today. I should have taken a photo of it to complete the WTF cockpit trifecta.

I find the idea a poor one and somehow unpalatable. I mean what tattooer is going to be happy with this? "I like to tattoo, but what I hate is the creative part".

I guess maybe the same folks that pump out the terrible tribal armbands one sees around these parts.

There is a joke somewhere in the three way intersection of "gin", "run of the mill", and "gin mill" but I can't quite figure it out. Whatever the joke is, it is probably firmly in the 'dad' category.

I sort of liked it tbh but was frustrated with not being able to find out what people were really talking about. For example if somebody posted to a random thread I would like to see it because who knows, maybe it was cool.
