Dude, today's commute orz
A white BMW, angry at me for riding in the primary position even though there was a giant green
fucking "sharrow" that I was riding directly over sped by me honking and brushing my sleeve with his dumb car. It was even a fucking 4 lane street and the lane next to me was empty. It has been hours and I am still mad. Then, a little later, I had to dodge a dude on an electric monowheel thing who was wobbling around while smoking a vape. He also had a neckbeard so I guess he was going for the trifecta. I almost respect his hustle.
EDIT: I just realized that he did not have a fedora but instead a skate helmet. He should have had one of those fedora helmets (m'cyclist). I am sure he was one of those fedora helmets.

I do believe I pointed out precisely why they broke in my earlier posts- so I conclude that...
You said they broke from "pure torque" from seated skids but also mentioned going off of 4 stair drops. I think well-known forum youngster, @Skülly, was thinking maybe it was more drops than sit down skiddery that had your frames crack.
That said, I love this thread. I, personally, am too busy chatting shit on the internet to live ¯\(ツ)/¯

But then prescriptive linguists who worship The Elments of Style and think that english language and grammar is a fixed thing literally don't like it.
They sit in on the edge of their seats, daring anyone to use the passive voice.

Montauk was a very good novel and the place sounded nice. Have not visited, however. I have seen a documentary on The Jersey Shore that leads me to believe that it isn't the place for me.

This morning I did the thing where I took the slightly earlier train that goes slightly faster and skips my usual train station. I took the opportunity to get off at Palo Alto station and ride the 25 minutes to work. Beautiful morning, pleasant bike-friendly roads with traffic blocks and cetera. Apparently silicon valley richies are into smooth pavement and bikable tree-lined streets. Arrived a little early and a little happier.
Also re last page: Now that I am older I like the sun and, often, people. It is funny because in my twenties both were violently untrue.
I was with @user89089 throughout the brags, the calling dudes 5 years younger than him "sonny", the "too busy being sweet to write a book about being sweet", the name drops of tite fixie crews, and the rest. That said, if every dude who talks about banging chicks evaporated instantly it would be fine with me.
