I firmly believe that pan fried potatoes need to be in any such concoction. I will eat your menudo, mexicans, but I will have a side of homefries with it.
That said, if I am ever in a columbian food-eating land, Bandeja Paisa looks almost exactly perfect. I guess chicharĂ³n substitutes for fried potatoes in a pinch.

I bought some unflavored egg protein powder a little while ago. It is the most horrid-tasting stuff ever. If drank with water in a shaker as one normally would it is the worst-tasting, salty, lumpy, viscous stuff. And this is from a dude that happily eats yamakake, raw okra, raw egg, and natto over rice (a la http://justhungry.com/slimy-slimy-goodness-all-together-bowl).
The only way I have been able to make it through the bag of egg white protein powder* is to mix with oats and water and make weird omelettes out of it. It totally cooks similar to egg whites.
I am waiting for some hippy, happy grass fed cow, whey protein powder to be delivered. So far, of all of the main types of protein powder, whey is my favorite.
* It's funny here because protein in general is called "eiweiss" or "egg whites" in these lands. You have to go to the swole patrol store and be like "[I am looking for some egg white powder. Not the egg white kind, but egg whites from whey.**]"

I think if you notice a weight change on a certain day it is like 95% water loss that you are measuring. It's like weighing yourself before and after a long bike ride. If you are two pounds lighter, you have to get 2 pounds of water in you.
WRT fasted exercise, I have seen a bunch of articles about it but the only study I read that actually tested body compositional changes (and not, for example, something more meta like insulin sensitivity) came out even between fasted exercise and fed exercise. The calorie deficit overall combined with exercise at any time is what did the damn thing.

I feel like @JWestland 's woman doing it right on the last page is enjoying a pre-stretch cocktail to loosen up those glutes before she uses the lacrosse ball (in her other hand) to roll them out.

Hmm that knee bit is worrisome no? Still adding this plus foam rolling the it band and using a lacrosse ball rolling around my glutes all really hurt but also all really increase my range of motion.
Yeah though, squatting deeper to where my thigh and calf touch, but some worrying sounds coming out of my knee.. It doesn't hurt so it probably is just the clanking old-man machinery (I hope).

Yeah man I have 18 years of sitting at a desk professionally under my belt. And above it, really.
The worst I have been flexibility-wise was about a year laying down most of the day recently due to some health woes. That was in 2012-2013 and I am still trying to move my body again. Weirdly lifting weights has helped my flexibility because I do all of these stretches before and after trying to get my squat form somewhat reasonable.
CSB but yeah, mad stretches son. They totally work!
