Any cash monies I have at the moment are going on my mtb, I only really want to thrash about the track for a few hours, fall off a few times and then give up.
Trying to fit in road riding, mtb and polo is proving difficult enough at the moment.
I'm trying to acquire a bmx this week to make a tit of myself on this new track, if I manage to get one I'm happy to share it.

That girl* has probably committed suicide by now.
*I say "girl" but it's difficult to tell if she's 15 or 44
She's actually handled it pretty well - http://www.thatgirlinpink.com/

There is a guy in the Spitalfields Cycle Surgery who is really helpful. I was looking to find out the right grease to use in a coaster hub, Evans told me not to use any grease at all so I asked in Cycle Surgery. The mechanic said to just use a bit of GT85 but the shop guy agreed that didn't sound right, and spent about half an hour going through books to help me find out the right answer. Eventually found coaster grease in their inventory system, and when he found out it would take a week or so to order in he pointed me in the direction of some other shops that might have it in stock.

That Velosteel hub looks so much nicer than the Ventura one.
Can anyone give me some advice please? I had a wheel built up with a Ventura hub, got round to fitting it yesterday and the left hub flange isn't straight.

The wheel is still true, so I'm assuming it was like this when it was built up. Is it likely to kill me?

Thanks for the heads up - I had gone in with the intention of just getting the female, but Piotrek suggested having the male in the background. I knew they always came in pairs but hadn't even considered that only one would mean bad luck.
