I also have a Kamado Joe. TBH I use the drum more, but that's mainly because of the quantity it can hold, I can do a whole pork butt and a whole brisket in the drum, but struggle to fit just one of either into the KJ. For smaller cooks though it's fantastic, it holds temperature for hours with no attention needed. Also there are guys in the US building all kinds of crazy accessories to make everything easier. I'm desperate to get one of these one day.

I reckon PBC is a good shout. I have a DIY drum cooker that I use loads and love, but if you can't be arsed with the drilling then this seems like the next best thing. Especially if you want it to look nice, after a few years my smoker looks shit. I've read some really good reviews of the PBC.
That said, if you change your mind I know a guy in SE who sells unlined drums for £12 (last time I checked). The actual effort involved in the DIY route is tiny, you could probably complete it in an afternoon.

I have a concealed shower mixer that has sprung a small leak. According to this video
it looks like something I should reasonably be able to replace myself? The problem is that where the guy in the video uses a hex key to remove the grub screw holding the tap but mine do not look anything like a hex head screw. They look like there’s no head at all. Do these look like they’ve been rounded off or am I missing something? Both flow and temp screws look like this. -

Thanks, that could have been a missed opportunity.

I love mine, I've not used it as much as I'd hoped but I think that will change next year when the weather eventually warms up a bit. My daughter loves it too, and it's great that there's enough luggage capacity to easily take her scooter and even a (collapsed) buggy strapped to the back as well.
I'm pretty keen to get one of their front racks but not so keen to pay full price for it, we'll see.

There's a bargain Mondo on Gumtree right now if anyone's looking. Here

I'm considering picking up an old royal mail Pashley to use as a kidmobile, can anyone think of any reasons they might not be suitable?
My thinking is that they're pretty cheap to pick up and can carry a lot of weight, so I could potentially come up with some kind of bench seat on the rear rack when the little one grows out of a child seat.

I've recently had an Ikea Almaren kitchen tap installed and I can't seem to find any garden hose connectors that will fit it. I'm after something like this but the internal thread seems to be 18.5 mm and this one is 24mm. Does anyone know if such a thing exists? If not I guess I will grab something like this one.

Clas Ohlson do one that's very similar to the WGA and it's a close enough size that I think you can even fit in a chimney starter if you cut the grate in half.
Also if you're down the rabbit hole you probably already know, but amazingribs.com has some very informative reviews of almost every BBQ available.
