You could build a reservoir around the BB with an old milk bottle and maybe some plasticine then use a can of penetrating oil (you can buy it in litre plus cans from auto spares places) leave it soaking for fucking ages - really days and days- and then use the Sheldon bolt trick.

Yep. Tried wrench, vise and that Sheldon bolt & nut way. None worked. British bb so should unscrew clockwise.

Will give it one more shot then i'll take it to a welder to have a bar or something welded on.

Just have to get that f*in fixed cup off and it should be rolling. Will never buy a frame with an old BB fitted again..

It's the T5 long sleeved one i'm thinking of ordering so a Medium would maybe leave some wanted room for a base layer underneath for colder days. Still a few months left before you can wear short sleeved jerseys here in sweden.

I got the exact same jersey for Christmas - in medium, based on their fit guide - I think I really should have gone for a small, its not quite as "race fit" as the website implies.
That is literally my only criticism of it - the attention to detail,material, stitching, cut (aside from sizing) are all great. I am sure I will be buying more (in small)

since that i have been told that mtb shoe's on a road bike are shit compared to road shoe's, which puts me in a spot of bother, basically, i will need to walk around a bit when i ride around on my road bike
