Sensible response:
It's either
a) the wheel is in at a bit of an angle, easy to do with horizontal dropouts. Try aligning the wheel so it's straight under the brake hole and see if it's then out of line anywhere else.
or more likely
b) as m_v said, your rear wheel isn't dished properly. What this means is that the rim of your rear wheel isn't central over the hub, and therefore will appear to be off center in relation to everything else as well.

Oh man...
That Pro-lite is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for, and for the right price. Is the fork drilled?
Only problem is I need to sell this first.
:(
Out of curiosity how tall are you?

UPDATE:
Bike is still available. There was a test ride on it tonight but sadly it was a little on the big side.
To give you an idea, I'm 6ft tall and it's ok verging on a little small for me.
I'm happy to change the setup for test rides. It is currently fitted with a 100mm thomson elite 0 degree stem, but i have a 110 carbon PRO stem that's +/-3 degrees.
I even have a selection of saddles you can fit if you want.
The price is what it is because I'd like to sell this quickly, but please PM me with offers.
