Last week van Gaal has a massive pop art United's pre season tour and the scheduling of it and the thick media describes tell us about his brand awareness.

Vorm confirmed, Davies pictured in a Spurs shirt (but not yet confirmed), Schneiderlin and Jay Rodriguez also on the way. Pretty happy with the Spurs transfer activity so far, provided it all comes through obviously. Siggy going isn't the biggest catastrophe, gutted about Sandro but I see the sense in moving him on. He will always be the Beast of WHL, but his injuries, inconsistency and form makes him the lesser (sorry, Sandro) of him and Schneiderlin.

I don't get what Lovren adds to the Liverpool defence - they need an organiser in the back line from what I can see. He's a good player but I'd have sooner gone for Medel/Vlaar/Garay etc

Replacement for Agger, innit. Would still have gone for any of the above mentioned or someone like Hummels.
