Appreciate the thoughts - I am pretty lean but I don't seem able to put weight on no matter what I do. My mother has joked ever since I was a kid that I must have a worm... It's been a while since I've weighed myself but I've never been over 65kg, I typically hover around 62-63kg.

I've been vegetarian for years and years but ensure I eat a lot of protein as well as having a balanced diet in general. The feeling of lactic is a more recent thing - I was away in France recently solo riding up the likes of Ventoux, Tourmalet etc and felt super strong and was probably the fastest I've ever been.

I'm not "training" as such, but I ride quite a lot, my weeks vary from 250 - 450km. On average I'd say I'm around 300km a week and I aim to be consistent in general. I don't commute so all of this is cycling with intent so to speak. I eat healthy, am 62ish kg, 6'2 and in my late 30s. Recently I've been feeling pretty dead in my legs, as if there is a baseline of lactic. I haven't ridden on zwift for months but know that they have lactic-based workouts... I'd appreciate any other thoughts or suggestions, cheers!

Rear derailleur is unavailable I’m afraid. I’ve two front derailleurs - a band on 11 speed chorus one £35 and a braze-on 10 speed record one £55 SOLD

1. Campagnolo chorus pre-2015 11 speed shifters. Very crisp and precise shifting, just as snappy as my Super Record. The right hand shifter currently has a pretty stubborn gear shifter that I’ve yet to remove, need to dig out my needle nose pliers. The quick release is seized on the right lever but besides that it’s totally fine £80 SOLD
   
2. Campagnolo Athena pre-2015 175mm with 50/34 rings. Very good condition (can include either BSA or ITA UT cups for an extra £15) £80 SOLD

Cheers, that's kind of you. The chameleon ones look pretty decent, it's the white and the black ones I'm not wild about. I also have a 565 and a 595, both brilliant. I'm trying to sell the 565 at the mo, but very happy to hang on to it too.

Indeed, lovely seller who wasn't crazy about posting it - thankfully the stars aligned - my partner was working in Slough so I grabbed a lift with her and then just buzzed up in her car to collect it from Oxfordshire whilst she was at work.

Cheers man, I got lucky with a very good price on a brand new frameset. Build will be Campagnolo 11 speed EPS SR, carbon wheels and Deda superleggero finishing kit. I’ll mostly be transporting bits across from another build I have, though the EPS I still need to acquire and it’s an absolute nightmare tracking down a V3 interface unit at the mo so it might be a slow slow burn.
