My letter was featured on the homepage on football 365 today!!! Woop!!!
My letter is the second one down for those that might be interested. It's about Spurs and Arsenal getting snubbed in the transfer market, and the over inflated prices currently being thrown about.

There's a few lads about
Jack Livermore
Andros Townsend
Danny Rose as you've mentioned. They've all had good loan spells and enjoyed mixed success. Then there's David Button and Jonathan Obika who seem to have a good rep. 'Arry did a Wenger and ditched the reserves so that they could get sent out on loan.
Various schools of thought would say that loans are bad or good. Players feel neglected etc. The most recent examples of this being Jamie O'Hara and Dos Santos. all is not lost on him though. when he's played, he's looked good.
Redknapp himself has very little faith in the young'uns. He's been proved wrong everytime, but he doesn't often get called up on it. The only time a young player is given a shot is through injuries to others. Players who've performed since getting their chances are Danny Rose, Sandro and Bale.
Teams will buy young players in, it's the way of the business now, but Spurs have an more British look to their youth developments. Apparenly Kyle Naughton's getting sent out on loan again. I feel this is a mistake.
Sorry for the Essay, but Mr blackfoot did ask.

we could afford one of those strikers (probably not Aguero, but I can dreamz) and hazard, no problems. roughly £40m.
considering we would re-coup best part of 20-30m from the sales I listed.
Hazard's hot property, and with Gervinho screaming down the sky sports mic that he's coming to England, Hazard won't be let go. There's no way both would be allowed to leave with the Champions League around the corner too.
Falcao has also commited to the Europa League winning Porto for at least another season, much like their much lauded manager who's told all the big clubs that he's happy.
Add to that the notion that Arsenal could shift 7 reputed twats is more than any wheeler dealer could cope with.
The final piece of the jigsaw is Wenger... No need to repeat what's been said a million times.

apparently he made 39 more chances than anyone else in the whole Sunderland team.
Now, they only scored 45 goals this season, so...
He Actually got 5 assists to add to his 3 goals in 37 appearances.
There were 46 Premier league players who got more assists than Jordan Henderson, which I won't bother listing.

Pun-
It's going to be a British core
http://www.ourkop.com/2011/06/06/liverpools-summer-transfer-policy/
it's the way he's done things. Obviously he's not going to get rid of Suarez and Reina because they speak funny, but Jordan Henderson? Charlie Adam...
Connor Wickham (huge gamble on that one)
Phil Jones
Stuart DowningNone of which will be cheap, and they're not even full international players.

yep, I don't think he'll be going to Pompey, but it will work in Spurs favour, if he thinks highly of Redknapp, and his buddy VdV has done well there too, so that will look good.
Who knows Man Utd are linked with every midfielder under the sun.
Clive what do you think about Modric and Chelsea links. It would be a massive change in the style of Chelsea's play to stick a wee man in the middle of the park, no?
I'm just not with it generally.
