Evra hasn't made racial claims before.
I think it's pretty shocking that people choose to jump on Evra rather than Suarez. So even though you say you'll support Suarez until proved guilty, you're more than happy to suggest that Evra has played the "race card" before.
the Steve Finnan case was raised by a deaf fan who claimed to lip read Finnan and complained. Evra didn't do anything.
At Chelsea Mike Phelan and the goal keeping coach complained about the groundman, and Evra claimed to have not even heard it.
Please deal in facts, not lazy tweets.

Feel we should have won that game, we were easily in control through the first half, without making much of a dent in their defense. Got the goal just before half time, they got an easy equaliser, some one went to sleep and didn't track ba's run. Then we were all over them, had chances, put them under pressure, got the 2nd goal with Defoe, and should have pushed on and got the third. Chances were spurned, and Shola, went up the other end and scored a cracker....
Disappointed, but these things happen. Don't believe the highlights it was all spurs second half, until newcastle went looking for the equalizer at the death..
It was Modric's fault for not checking Jonas Gutierez.
Bale played on the right in the first half, and although he was shocking going forward, he was doing well protecting Walker. They swapped wings at half time, and Modric pulled out of the tackle and then he crossed in.

Not that I care, but I'd be playing Young-Wellbeck-Sturridge up front.
This
I'd take Bent and Abloganohahahahhahooorororororor as the back up. As long as Agbonlahor maintains his early form, then there's no reason he shouldn't be in the squad. Plus him Young and Bent all have some playing time together.
Final spot's a toss up between
Defeo (snigger)
Crouch (hahahaha)
Carrol (do me a fucking favour)
and Rooney.Pretty obvious.

And it matters to me as a fan of football and sport in generalSo were you a fan of paying inflated taxes for said stadium as a London resident, and would you be a fan of your local council gifting £40 million to some random football team.
so imagine Haringey giving Spurs £40 million so that they could move into a ready built stadium so that they could add some corporate boxes and make even more money.
At least Man City are now developing the area around the stadium, and the money that's been offered by Boris Johnson to Spurs is all to be used for the development of public services which will benefit the area beyond Spurs financial gains, and none of that money is to be used for stadium development. None of that would be state funded.
-
It wasn't about Leyton Orient being in the stadium, it was about West Ham smashing their way into the Leyton Orient catchment screaming "free tickets, for all! Get your free tickets to the greatest show in London!"
it seems that an anonymous party had raised issues with West Ham and Newham regarding the £40 Million "investment" in the European courts. That would have totally scuppered all plans for 2017 European Champs.
-
It wasn't just Spur's y'know!
it was more about free loading West Ham getting government aid than anything else. The contracts that had been drawn up were obviously so bodged together that despite BoJo's attempted £18Million bung to Spurs they still had to tear up the contracts and start again.
Anyway, why does the Olympic Stadium matter to a Liverpool fan who'll never go there?
If West Ham rent it, they're likely to have less control over "corporate" development, which is where they would have made most money, and they won't be able to build stands to go over the tracks either.

Everyone values things differently I suppose.
Personally I feel that I get great value on my sky package. I abuse football first, and love supporting programs like Sunday supplement, and goals on Sunday. I also get great mileage out of the movies, and all the online stuff too, so for me it's all good.
I'm not a fan of the blackout, but if it that means waiting a few hours for Spurs to come up on football first, it's not the end of the world. A lot of the time I may be busy doing something else at 15:00 anyway. I rarely watch Saturday lunchtime games unless it's a big one.
I wouldn't spend £200 on a greek box just so that I can watch spurs at 15:00 every saturday.
-
that doesn't make sense.
a few years back my flat mate and I weighed up the price of sky compared to going to the pub at least 4 times a week to watch champions league or whatever. Beer + Food + fags + travel
It was a lot cheaper to get sky, with all the extra stuff too.
Everything has it's value. If you don't find value in certain things then don't buy it. Money spent on sky will have more of an bearing on your club than buying a shirt every couple of seasons.
Yeah, he had a bit of handbags with the guy, and got a four match ban. Chelsea got a £25K fine too. He didn't say he started the row because he was getting racially abused though.
Like I said it was Phelan, who was obviously overseeing the cool down, who added the racial spice into the mixture.
