Are those images from the architects?
They sure as hell take designing a kitchen very seriously.
The middle element of the lower wall element is a dishwasher?Rounded edge of island looks beautiful.
Is the space inside accessable and how?
And yes, I will add to the comments that you will quite soon regret not getting overhead cupboards. -

Turned out we had infestations of several common house plant bugs.
"Trauermücke" (excuse the German), thrips and "weiße Mücke".
Got yellow sticky things to put in the soil for the adults, and neem oil based stuff for the bastards' spawn.
Had a big action with showering all plants, then spraying them all with the neem oil stuff, and are now continuing to water with the neem oil stuff to protect the plant and soil from the inside out.
The yellow sticky things are a great success, it's a very satisfying massacre.
Plants are much happier now, although we lost two additional due to the previous damage. -
Although this now tickles my fancy as an idea.
Theoretically, changing the second last cog with the same size threaded sprocket and theoretically correct spacing, one just threads the cog on one of those ug/hg freewheels with double chainwhips?
The freewheel body has threads, of that I am sure. The hub change is probably less work with more reward though.

I have a similar predicament with a 7 speed hub now.
Don't want to lose the big cog, which is also on a body with the rest.
The smallest cog is seperate, but the second smallest doesn't have the knurls.
Will I do a die if I don't use the smallest cog because of the lack of aforementioned knurls?

^ This indeed..
The inspired outlet shop on eBay has some shopsoiled for reasonable prices, also a cheaper model which is guess is the same but without the dropout gizmo-system so only for 9/10mm axle.
Would nab another pair were it not for Brexit and duties and shipping prices through the roof. They are 405mm a-c, so good for 28" despite being designed for 24/26" trials bikes

In similar vein, I also think I have finished the all city dropout for the foreseeable.
I might switch the crankset from silver deanodized rival to black garbaruk to black rival to silver garbaruk but thats it.
Fork is a trials fork, arcade something. Happy I found a trick style fork with disc mount with mounts for mudguards and rack relatively OTP with only a small extra hole and some bolts and nuts.

Nah you can't! Tried that, bulle (copper) said no.
Had to make an adapter to fit a rear brake on a frame long sold and show it at the police station for inspection within two weeks otherwise they'ld scrap my bike.
Too much faff.
Also, liability. Germans love that shit so don't want to risk "but he didn't have a rear brake" when t boned by a car and then being the one "at fault".
Please elaborate!
