I should have said. Headset was new in and is Cane Creek Forty.
Sprockets are 18 and 14. They're Miche (if they're not Miche, they're DA - can't quite remember but think Miche, on carriers). I have others kicking around if they'd tempt you. Probably a 16 and another 18. I'd be keeping the sprockets but some knob stole my Langster, so no need any more.

Hi Luke,
Sorry, no other bars. How strong is your grip? I'll leave the stem on. It's an oversize clamp.
Just seems daft trying to sell relatively high-value items (the saddle and bars) to people who quite likely think they're disgustingly ugly.
Racing tonight, sorry. About tomorrow night. I can do daytime too as I sometimes work from home.
If you like the look of the bike from the photos and size chart it's unlikely to disappoint in the flesh.
I could ride over to somewhere near you and get the tube back (with bars and saddle in by bag). That help? You do make a good practical point!

I doubt this is going to interest you lot. I'm looking for £450 for this bike.
If you would be interested in the bike without saddle and bars then £350.
Collect only from London Bridge/Waterloo or similar.
It has done 2100km. I changed the chain prematurely in paranoia, so the miche chainset is not worn at all.
Brakes are 105. Wheels Planet X AL30 with bearings replaced with SKF sealed bearings.

I've found some 105 calipers to replace the (useless) Veloce calipers on my bike. Frame is Affinity Metropolitan.
The locknut at the back of the Campy calipers had a flat top and bottom, so even though the drilling in the fork is close to the underside of the headset, there was room.
But the shimano caliper has a round (12-point, 13mm) locknut and it completely fouls the bottom of the headset.
This must happen a fair bit on track bikes. What's the answer?
File down the locknut? But how would I get it on and off then? Not that I'd ever need to.
Put a big (4mm?) spacer between the caliper and the frame? Use what?Any ideas would be great.

You'll all have seen this elsewhere now (I see there are a few familiar names and avatars here).
I checked a minute ago and 62 of the 120 places in race one have been filled during the 14 hours since I opened entries.
22nd June here: http://www.riderhq.com/events/67526/...ark-tt-1/enter
6th July here: http://www.riderhq.com/events/67527/...ark-tt-2/enter
These are 10.4 mile time trials, wholly within Richmond Park and run with the permission of the Royal Parks and under the authority of Cycling Time Trials. Six categories: Lady TT, Lady Road, Men TT, Men Road, Junior, Para. Start Robin Hood Gate. AC to Kingston Gate, turn and return to Robin Hood before turning to finish at Penn Ponds Car Park.

I'm selling a brand new 2010 Paddy Wagon. Size 56.
Price £445.
It's new and unused, all wrapped up in its packaging.
It was delivered to me on Friday by Abbey Cycles to be built into my training bike.
The rear stays are spaced 120mm though and I was expecting 135mm. I'm fitting an Alfine rear wheel so I need 135mm.
If I can't sell it today or tomorrow, I'll just send it back to them.
If you're wondering why I don't just do that anyway: I ordered a 2009 sale bike but they ran out as I placed my order. They honoured the 2009 sale price on th new 2010 bike. I can't find the 2010 bike online for less than £545 and if I can sell this one for £100 less than that, I'm still better off than paying a courier to take it back to them for a refund. See?
The bike is in Weybridge, Surrey, but I could bring to Kingston for collection.
Needs to be today or tomorrow really 'cos I only have 7 days to return the unwanted bike.
Cheers
Martin
