If any of you are in the mood for some nice cereal bar / energy bar kinda things I can very much recommend these from Jamie Oliver:

PISTACHIO, APRICOT & DARK CHOCOLATE ENERGY BARS
With mixed seeds, oats & almond butter..made them two times now; did not find the nice Medjool dates, so swapped for regular ones (but used twice as many - I suppose the Medjool ones really are worth it though).
When I made them the second time I used 90% chololate, and put more pistachios in as well (I wanted it all a bit less sweet and more like an "adult snack").On the site it says "Have as a mid-morning snack for a boost of energy – delicious served with a cup of tea or coffee" - and I do agree 🙂

Is there a rule of thumb for adding more clothes to a basic shorts and t-shirt as the weather gets cooler?
The general consensus I heard is "dress as if it was 10°C warmer than it actually is".
Or (pretty much to the same effect) "dress so you will be a bit cold the first five minutes of your run".Of course it's a personal thing, but for me this rule of thumb worked quite well.
There's also this website, http://www.dressmyrun.com where you can fine-tune the results to your preferences ("I like to be warmer / colder") in the settings menu (upper right of the page),Regarding knees - I pretty much run in shorts for most of the year (with gore windstopper briefs underneath liner-less shorts if it gets chilly) - but I do want a double layer shirt, or longsleeve rather soon - and also (thin) gloves! Those thin icebreaker merino gloves are pricey but really fucking good, should have bought those sooner..

Yeah, reflections are interesting 🙂
Though, frankly, with that shot it wasn't really about the reflections but rather about the stuff inside the car (photographing the stuff people put behind the windscreen of their cars / buses a lot lately) - yet sometimes you can't really eliminate all the reflections with the polarizing filter so this is what happened there.. 💁 -

received my first scans from the Pentax Auto 110
..cool, thanks for sharing! Hope you'll solve the battery issue, and that the next roll will be fine from start to finish.
I like the shot with the foliage! Also just thought it must be nice to shoot portraits with this thing (as it's so small and non-intimidating / toy-camera like) 🙂
