Hubjub.co.uk is your best option. I think they recently ordered in some EAI replicas on my behalf. Worth sending them an email if they haven't got them listed on the site.

Yep, those coud be find on eBay at very reasonable price. Just missed one yesterday.. As the track fork (Enve) is very expensive, I think that I will also get on with 40mm rake.
