Used, bearings good, Cosmetic marks, it's an older model headset but i've upgraded it with the newer griplock compression system recently, instead of the old rubber o-ring. No original top cap but can chuck in a generic one.

I wouldn't worry about the head tube measurement so much as the fork a-c would be longer on the strael than the TCR so not comparable - what does the stack and reach say

Get a sense this is tactical - an optimistic 'opening up' agenda to be laid out to give some hope to the masses ASAP- and then delayed and blamed on the rise from schools opening, or it's just a massive test to see whether the inevitable high case rates won't convert over to a large spike in deaths due to the vaccine rollout?

I rode through at 8.30 during the week and it was markedly more busy than usual - not so much cyclists / cars but dog walkers / families etc. Can’t imagine what the weekend is like !

giant od2 forks should fit - 1.5 at bottom and 1 1/4'' at top

Giant have just done this too - 10-15% increase across the range depending on the model
