@TimBA - thanks - looks similar - but the rear stays in your photo look different, and potentially the rear brake bridge. Looks like rider - but I assume different builder.
I feel quite confident on the columbus stickers on mine - nothing says to me that they are applied after - and if I can say so - it feels slx light...
here is an ad for rider I was given in my search
The bridge is definately the same, as are the lugs. Seems weird that they would use such drastically different tubing, but i suppose anything can happen if they swich builders. Can i ask what seatpost size it takes?
I got mine NOS from Tour De Ville and ive never been able to find any info on them besides what had been said in conversation on here. Thanks for the ad! Ill start my collection of rider pics with it, your bike and mine.
Also i am drawing up illustrations of the logos in case they get really scratched up, if you ever need replacements i can send you the files.

Just got hold of this track frame. It's a Bob Jackson made for a shop/rider in Bradford called Paul Milnes.
Made out of Reynolds 531 Competition tubing, has been lying around their workshop for some time, but has never even been built up, never mind ridden!Going to strip it down and spray it up a dark crimson colour with off white stripes and original BJ/Reynolds decals. Then build it up with classic looking parts and have white bar tape and saddle.
Let the fun begin!
MonstaDont paint this!
Paul Milnes decals are much nicer than bj ones anyway.

wow a must for any budding hipster who can spell nitto :
Suffice to say:
It’s right proper scratched up, it’s a mess. No word of a lie, so if you buy this ‘bad boy’ don’t come bitchin about how mash up it is.
I brought this from either Trackstar or BikeWorksNYC back in the day, right back in the day, Noah stylee.
Ridden the mean streets of London by a genuine courier for an age.
In a nutshell, Gold anodized Nito 65 seatpost, scratched up rotten, 27:2, 260 to Clamp, did I mention it was Gold Anodized blah blah.
Once in a lifetime opportunity to buy into some genuine East London street credibility, look fresh in Broadway market, impress the girls/boys.
Pukes on Gok.

Surely that makes your opinion worthless too. If you see the price as unfair, contact the seller privately and don't ruin his chances of selling it to someone. I thought this was common practice on this forum and such public comments were frowned upon (except when sellers are obviously trying to pull a fast one).
This is a nice enough bike, with all the hype around low-pro's it could be sold for a good whack on ebay, it looks well looked after (besides the flat tub) and this guy doesn't appear to be fleecing anyone.
A 531c low-pro frame could be sold by hilary for £200 easily. In this case you get a fully working bike for £100 more, nice looking and only needs a new tub. The groupo might not be top notch but ths isnt a performance bike and as long as it works and will last a while then surely it is worth more than a charge plug.
