I never even bothered with an ST....mpc2000 all the way....plus live percussion,keyboard,drum machine,mic...etc

I've never made any of my tracks on a computer...probably never will.

But this box set charts the history of house....back when 'house' was just an abbreviation of 'warehouse'...the only place playing that certain kind of music which was actually just disco,and obsure pop...hence 'martin circus'...'t-connection'...and 'fat larrys band' being on there.
The 'Larry heard' and 'chip-e' stuff came later....which is why it's such a good box set....the book that should be with it is pretty interesting too.
