Arantrek: See previous page. Basically: no.
Omar: There are certain irrefutable facts that get distorted or disregarded by manufacturers in order to sell more products. Most bike shops similarly won't tell you the whole deal and stock products not on the basis of how good they are but due to whatever deals they've set up with distros etc. G2AG's trying to sort the wheat from the chaff, and from what I've read (and I've read the whole thread) all his findings are based on measurable facts. If you want to put your faith in blind instinct rather than serious discussion then you should feel free to do so, but in the interests of keeping this thread relevant you should probably take those opinions to another thread.

Do you work at Borough Market?
No. Do they dress like this at Borough Market now? Last time I went I think Rockabilly was in fashion.
Their clothes are affordable, handmade and unfussy. And they've been doing it for a fair old while. But it goes without saying that their approach isn't for everyone.
Boetang is brilliant at what he does and I love his style. But for those of us who don’t suit sharp angles and slick attitude – and when the M&S two-piece feels far too much like uniform for Foxtons estate agents – an Old Town suit fits the bill perfectly. Comfortable, unimposing, beautifully coloured fabrics and with a bit of character - but still smart enough to be taken seriously. It strikes exactly the right balance for me.

I've got a lovely grey moleskin three-piece suit with an alternative pair of high backed trousers and a linen/cotton shirt from Old Town. They're not tailored, but they are adjusted to your dimensions. Almost everything they make is utterly charming and much of it is incredibly handsome (NB Images are from their site. They are nothing to do with me):

Also, this seems to be the right place to post this:

A jarring note in a wonderfully good-humoured day. At Trafalgar Square a black-cab driver, shouting abuse, slowly and deliberately drove into me and two other marshals who were blocking the road, temporarily trapping one marshal against me and the other marshal's bike under his offside bumper. I still find it hard to believe I saw a professional driver doing this. Happily we were able to disentangle ourselves and reform behind his vehicle without releasing a surge of traffic. At least one rider recorded the collision on his phone. If you witnessed this incident, please contact me: sjt@5jt.com.
Always attentive to the law myself, until now I had discounted stories of attacks on cyclists by black-cab drivers. If we have adequate evidence in this case, I shall be pressing charges.
I think I saw this. Was it at a junction off Theobalds Road or something. I saw a black cab break through the traffic along with an aggy kid on a scooter and I remember thinking how calm everyone was being about it.
It's a shame that some people find it impossible to control themselves or think rationally.

Ah... I see.
