I have DT Swiss RWS skewers done up pretty tight, so I hope it's not moving in the dropout. I did worry about that before as I was having definite wheel location issues but they seemed sorted with those skewers.
The caliper has been adjusted as per some guy on youtube so the caliper bolts and pads should be all good.
Sticky cable is a possibility I suppose but it's housed all the way to the caliper. Jagwire foo'
It feels like it's a heat thing as it's progressive and it goes back to normal after a while. Actually that's a good point, I don't know that for certain as I usually fettle with it to get it working again. I have to dial the outside pad out to actually get the wheel rotating again, it's clamped on that much.
I changed the rotor to a different SRAM one and next I'll try some new pads. Really annoying when it seizes completely on!

Anyone have any idea why my rear brake locks up?
Avid BB7 Road S. Cable actuated with SRAM S500 lever. I start a single track run with it working normally, by the bottom of the run it's damn near locked up. I have to dial the pad out to get it working again. It's hot but not outrageously so.
The front never does this and I use them both a lot because I'm scared.

Depends how old and depends if you mean front or rear. A 1.75 was about the max for the rear of my '90 Lava Dome, possibly a 2.0 up front with the P2 fork.
In the late 90s things got better but not all frame models would accept a 2.35. That's still a relatively big tyre.
A 2.35 Crazy Bob will weigh a feckin' ton too.

Sadly you're unlikely to get much airtime with that viewpoint because of the respective demographic of the victim and perpetrator.
A mother will naturally elicit sympathy whilst a pierced & tattoo'd hipster oik will attract derision at best. This will lead to diminishing of her part and amplification of his. In fact, that's borne out by the press coverage. The press being naturally good at exploiting this tendency of people to lead with emotion.
That society values certain demographics above others should come as no surprise. They may appear to chop and change depending on the issue of the day but when the chips are down the hierarchy is shown to be firmly established.

yeah, I forget about that sometimes. I meant "authentic" in the context of what @Dogtemple was saying about improving the strat

@Apone That track is great! Groundhogs are new to me. I have been looking for decent jams that didn't stray off into Krautrock territory.
@Dogtemple That's interesting. I proper covet the Musicman Axis Super Sport too. I had thought that the builder, Leo Fender ffs, would have gone a lot further for the brand. I almost think that strats are too generic now. I'll sidestep any conversation about famous models in case I end up back at relic/repro/idol :D

I'm young-ish at 34. The Beatles were of my parent's generation and largely appeared to me to be the establishment. When I was a teen I was into punk and they ain't punk. They don't have much grunt, put it that way.
I can appreciate a good song, so they've not totally escaped my attention but blah blah best band ever isn't something I'm gonna be able to get behind. The idea of something being treated to such reverence and universal approbation makes me suspicious anyway.
Maxwell's Silver Hammer is fucking bollocks.

I shall have a listen with a more (perhaps less) critical ear. I have never really understood The Beatles. braces for flaming from #BESTBANDEVER cultists

I've ordered from TDI before. Quality seemed fine to me. Also ordered bone/wood/ivory from Arka. http://www.arka-shop.co.uk/acatalog/index.html
