I'm glad that it seems acceptable form to stop once puking has been achieved.

it appears that 6 weeks riding in 20 years is just not enough practice......and i am hoping that cycling over the winter will have me in better form for next season.

i am definitely going to be there next year and and am going to try and make as many as i can before weather gets shitty.
