Thanks for the feedback. I will look into the references and will contact people as suggested as i continue my research. All perspectives are useful, even the harsh one's, as hopefully this will lead to a good solid article and not, Quote - "a formulaic, generic, lazy, staid and cliched article", End quote, which lets face it, no one wants to read and i certainly don't want to write.
