I never wear this jacket so I thought it would be better serving someone else. I have bought it in 2010 in London Fields Cycles. Not sure which model it is as I can't remember and it doesn't say on the label! I have probably only worn it five times in the rain - very good condition. White marks are dust!

I'm not offended by all means, just trying to fight the misconception that us designers work for free or that our profession does not need to be paid "just for a poster". If it helps you to be more successful commercially, then you should have had a budget for all aspects of your production.

I personally don't do favours in hope to get real paid work. It never happens.

I'm through with my Durano Plus. They suck monkey balls. Had at least 6 punctures in the last 5 months due to glass. They simply do not seem to protect anything!

So you never had personal experience and believe someone who in a shop that perhaps never had personal experience either? I tried to explain that I grew up in Bern and lived there until I was in my mid-20s until I moved to London... Rode street bmx with no brakes what so ever and never had a problem with that.

Get cross stop levers, they fit most drop bars.

As I am Swiss I just wanted to chime in and say that the police don't give a fuck if you ride without brakes at all. I used to ride BMX for over 10 years all over in Switzerland (Bern, Basel, Zurich, Genva, Lugano) and no one ever stopped me for not having any brakes at all. The only time I was fined was for riding without lights on the pavement and that was 60 CHF - and they completely ignored the fact that I didn't have any brakes.

Stop being so paranoid. Most people won't even notice that you just have one brake lever... Just out of interest, where in Switzerland do you live? There are loads of road-bike shops that sell parts.

No I don't think it is on buyer at all. There seems to be the non LED version for £143. So I think my price is still fair.

I completely agree with Lynx here. I know a couple of people who are using motorbike/car parts painters for all sorts of metal bits including bike frames and parts. There's no 'real' experience needed specifically for bike frames/parts. A good painter knows what he's doing.

I''m selling my used but still in good condition (no crashes) Deda Pista Track Handlebars (OS clamp, 42cm overall width) and the Deda Quattro Stem (OS clamp, 100mm reach). I also sell the Salsa brake lever (right) which is a bit scratched. Comes with the adjustment barrel which is not shown in picture. Brake cable not included.

Collection from Hackney Downs/E5. I'm home all day today and tomorrow, so first comes, first served. I will not post the items.
