I bought this on impulse as an extra beer fridge for my place. I don't really need it though. It's new - only been out of the box for a photo. New it was £60-70 but I'll take £40. Handy as extra for room if you share a fridge, for camper/caravan etc. Easy to move about but a decent-ish size (large enough to take wine bottles upright). Box is 45cm tall, 33cm wide and same deep.
Drop a line if you have any questions.

Ah bummer @tricitybendix Sorry to hear that.
@cafewanda Ok. I'm happy to improvise the route a bit depending on how the legs are in the morning.
The plan isn't to make people miserable! :)

Hello. Just realised I can make this an event thingy.
Ladies Ride
Meeting 9 for coffee with 9.30am roll-out. 45 miles into Kent and back via some lovely quiet lanes and scenic countryside. Option for cafe stop an route if people fancy.Base ride pace, or at the pace of the slowest rider if different. Mix of rolling roads, flat, few draggy climbs, one or two shorter sharper ones but nothing too awful. Some lovely descents too. One sharpish one.
It's a route I know well so I can highlight any potential issues. If there's anything in particular you want to know or be aware of do say when we meet for coffee at the start.
Weather looks to be dry, if a little chillies than of late. DM me with your phone no. and I'll supply mine so we can get in touch if plans go awry.
Hope to see you on Sunday!

Right. I have a vague sort of plan.
How about Sunday 8th October?
Plan is around 45 miles starting/meeting at the top of Crystal Palace, Cafe Paradou for a pre-ride coffee/chat at 9am. It's in the little parade opposite the bus station.
Plan to roll out no later than 9.30. I'll lead you out into Kent via West Wickham, Keston, Green Street Green, and Chelsfield. We'll take country lanes to Crockenhill, Eynsford, and onto Farningham. Then turning back through Knatts Valley, Otford. At that point, depending on how people feel we can head back via Polhill and Halstead or stretch out the ride a bit longer going back in further westwards via Pilgrims Way.
There are several coffee stop options - Eynsford, Otford, Downe, Keston.
I don't Garminate but I can show you a lovely map of where we're going when we met at the cafe! Probably out for 3.5 hrs depending on stops.
I'll check the weather nearer the time. If it's due to piss with rain I won't be heading out - I've been and done the HTFU before, and don't fancy riding around in the rain for hours.
If it's going to difficult to call PM me your mobile and I can get in touch if necessary.
We will go past a farm or two so it's possible that sections could be a bit muddy/gravelly. Generally the road surfaces are good though. There'll be some climbing, most of it gradual, or a bit draggy. Couple of lovely descents, one very fast (if you like that sort of thing!). Anyway - if you don't know the area I'll be flagging up any bits you might need to be especially aware of. :)

Hallo. Only just getting back into the forum after years in the non-LFGSS wilderness.
Anyhoo - if anyone down south fancies a 45-50 mile ride out from Crystal Palace into Kent and back one weekend before the weather gets too shite then I'd be happy to lead.
I don't do Garmins but I can point to route on a paper map and show you where I'm taking you... ;-)
Anyone interested in a pair of size £40 Epics? New, impulse buy bout year ago. Cost £100, will take £65.
