What's a trickle charge? Anyhow I've been using an 85wI can see what's happened as well. I got one of those 3rd party ones off eBay and one of the little gold contacts on the charger has completely sunken in and they all need to touching for it to work
(disclaimer: obv I'm mega poor atm or else I wouldve just gone to the mac store)

Macbook Late 2008 Aluminium Unibody. Specs can be seen in the screenshot.
Selling due to upgrade. Comes with Box. Comes with Apple Charger. Official Apple Mouse, Original Leopard bootup disc and application disc.
Comes with media software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Master Collection (CS5) worth quite a bit.
After upgrading to Lion, the battery has started acting a bit funny. (Are You Experiencing Battery Problems In OS X Lion? - MacRumors Forums)
Holds between 1/2 hours life after a full charge but after it drops below around 30% It sometimes just switches off if not plugged in but it autosaves everything and once plugged back in boots up in seconds. I think Lion is just a tad bit too powerful for this laptop. I dont think you will need to service the battery if you downgrade to Leopard (original discs are included) but wanted to make that your choice.
Computer itself runs smoothly. No scratches on screen, no dents, no dead pixels.
Pickup in Holborn
£460

I bought it thinking it was in Hertford, Hertfordshire not realising it was in Hereford, Herefordshire.
HA! I bought a bike on ebay a few years back thinking it was in Kingston south London and it ended up being in Kingston-upon Hull. Train ticket was like £100. luckily the dude was nice about it because there were other people interested

Ah this is fucking nuts. I live on St Johns way and this has been going for nearly 4 years and I haven't been once. (i think it was because tuesday tricks was on a tuesday mainly but the old TT has been dead for ages)
@Pigfarmer Re: Pizza. My favourite place in the world opposite whittington hospital = Pizza Bar. You can't sit in there because its smaller than a chicken shop but they are the best guys ever and wont mind bring a ton of pizza's up the hill. They have nuts deals sometimes too if you order for loads they just start throwing all kinds of free shit in
Went to school in highgate so the decline of pap dels is sad. They used to be amazing. Pizza for £3 in the evenings back in the day

^ I used to live in York and there was an amount of freelocking going on, especially around the uni. Maybe it's got worse since I left about a year ago.My girlfriend now lives in Oxford and the majority of bikes there are freelocked or just not locked at all - some stunningly nice ones too; I saw a 1950s French town bike just leaning against a wall, all day, untouched. Presumably these are the same cyclists who ride without lights and don't indicate or shoulder-check, but inexplicably wear a helmet (I once sat on Magdalen Bridge and counted the cyclists without a pair of working lights - more than half of them).
Mind you, any bike left unlocked/freelocked/cable-locked in Oxford overnight will get stolen.
Having come from South London where I would often triple lock my bike (even if just stopping somewhere quickly) I cant even explain how weird it is to go to Oxford and see hundreds of unlocked bikes in one afternoon. My friends would go to eat and just leave their bikes on the wall outside and then they'd look at me weird when I kept badgering them to lock thier bikes or when I would take ages locking mine.
One thing both cities have in common is that at both Ox and Cam rail stations there are nearly like a 1000 bikes in the bike racks outside. Mostly abandoned. some abandoned for the summer break. The one at oxford station is crazy. Some weren't even locked I noticed. Brilliant deception

Quite random (apparently I here asked in 2009) but my friend was after some Nintendo 64 control pads. If anybody has some lying about let me know.
Thanks
