ordered something from wiggle, when I got the City Link 'sorry we missed you, here are some really awkward options to choose from, and a phone number we will never answer lol' card, I went on the wiggle chat thing and they reorganised the delivery to come to my work instead.
Not exactly speedy but it means I don't have to ride to some shithole depot in the dark, which I definitely count as a win

Looking for some small bits to finish my bike. Currently got a mix of black and silver (why do people do this?), would like the silver parts to be black as it is upsetting my OCD no end
Looking for a nice stem - 100mm, 31.8, 6degree
- flat metal MTB/BMX pedals
- a 42t, 130bcd, 1/8 ring
..in black!
Pick up around south/west London or postage would be awesome, don't get much time to travel about any more really because of work, but can try to make time
Thanks!

Re: looking after customer's bikes - went into a shop to get a crown race fitted to some MTB forks once, the guy tried to stand them up behind the counter. On the way out they slipped down with a loud bang and i cringed, turned round and the guy looked a bit sheepish. When I came to pick them up later, the manager said 'do you just want to check and see if it's all okay', when I started examining the stanchions for dents and etc he said 'no I mean the crown race, they are bound to get knocked about in the workshop'
lolwut?
Don't know if this is commonly accepted in bike shops, but I don't like it and haven't been back since

cheers, it's awesome fun. Had a look earlier and must have deleted it! but it basically looked like a metal dog fang
like this without the guide, just turned the lump that the mech was mounted to, to align with the chain
