Yeah, seems quite strange. Granted they don’t roll as good as a race day tyre, but the puncture protection is amazing. I’ve probably done 12,000 miles on them (different tyres of course) and doubt I’ve had more than a handful of punctures.
Just off to do a little credit card tour of the Hebrides and Skye with my girlfriend. Took the Panaracer SK’s off and put on my favourite tyre of all time; Conti 4 Seasons in 32mm.

I don't need another brakeless track bike, but I can't resist this Terry Dolan.
The wheels are borrowed of my other bike just to check fit, but I'll probably relace the rims to some Campag hubs with silver spokes. Then it just needs a crankset and BB and I'm good to go.
