We did the following:
https://strava.app.link/NHiSYIa0Wxb
It’s two of the three waymarked Gravelfoyle routes, the Faerie Loop and the Lomond Loop. Then up to Loch Venachar via the NC cycle route and back along the loch side and then up over the Dukes Pass. It was Gabi’s first time off-road and she really enjoyed it.

Thanks. I think it looks pretty good with the silver hubs as well.
More importantly is that it now feels just right. Before I was too stretched out and too high on the saddle which made anything but the smoothest gravel roads feel a bit sketchy. Now the reach is shorter and I'm in a lower position, I find I can move my body around easier on more technical terrain which makes me feel more confident.
A few other photos from Aberfoyle.

I’ve been riding a lot of gravel on my gravel bike this week; two rides around the Borders/Lothians with friends on Monday and Tuesday, and a nice pootle around Aberfoyle today with Gabi (she rode a 200km audax yesterday so it was at party pace which was great because firstly, it was warm for the first time in months and secondly, I’m pretty knackered from four double shifts in a row at work).
Anyway, I’ve replaced the setback seatpost with an inline one, lowered the saddle a pinch and now I love the way it feels.
Next up on the gravel bike is replacing the tyres as they are shredded up and there is a slash on the sidewall that sort of seals but also let’s all the air out of the tyre after a few days. Against the advice of most on this forum, I’ll be sticking with Gravelkings as they’ve done me no wrong so far. They’ll be all black this time, though.

My old boss puts this race on. He works as a regional manager/director and has a wee kid so it’s pretty impressive that he still manages to organise the race with the help of just two other media people.
I was going to ride it this year but it clashes with PBP training and other commitments I have. I’d love to enter next year though.
He’s very passionate about it so I’m sure it’s an awesome event!

Where did you get the smoke clear ones from?
I’d be interested if @Hulsroy doesn’t take them.
Some nice hubs have arrived for Old Terry.
