I recently bought what was advertised as a 'Merlin malt' mtb frame for £20.

  I contacted Merlin (logo 1) the titanium bike manufacturer in USA and they said it's not one of theirs.
  I always presumed the two logos below belonged to the same company but were from different periods in time.

I presume my bike is belonging to the lower manufacturer (logo 2).

If anybody can help me out identifying the frame that'd be geat.
the bb is stamped A480-X and 0326700420.
I'm converting it to single speed so thought it'd be acceptable to post here.

well if you bid £51.01, and the current *highest *bid is £50.00 then the £1.01 increase should make you the highest bidder.
That's why i think it would make a difference.

(i understand the example given for the frame in question is unrealistic)
