ya, this took ages, sorry for that.
i think only 2 or 3 teams from these series are still playing together, so i hope it's a fun memorie for everybody...just to clarify a couple of things:
- these are jpgs, so no one will find you through google search.
however if you still have any problem that your name is mentioned, just drop a line and i'll change that... - if you want a high res. just drop a line.

cheers and c u in 3 weeks!! :)

@nuknow
to explain myself and the price:
i just checked the prices for all the parts (including bb and headset) at tokyofixedgear and my shopping card reached £ 1100...
that would make £ 150 for the frame left to reach my asked for £ 1250.
sure my bike and the parts are not new, they are almost one year in use.
BUT they are in a really good condition....talking about reasonable prices for njs frames from japan:
...when i wanted a keirin njs frame and checked my options (especially rene@tracksupermarked / ebay.com / friends)...i was fuckin disappointed and thought that i'll never get a frame in my size for a payable price.
the only option was to buy a panasonic or wait another year wishing that rene will pick up some frame i like.
i ended up to buy this peloton from a friend who had some buisness to do in japan.
...BUT to get to the heart:
If you buy a njs frame from japan a common price for 58,5 cm frame is $ 1000 +/- for a frame including bb and headset / shipping, which is around £ 630.
i'm not sure how you're situation in england is, but in germany you have to pay on top of this price taxes (19% + entrance duty 5-6 %)...so you'll end up paying around £ 750.i totally feel what you are saying. this is a lot of money...
BUT you get sth. rare and special for it.
...just checked the bricklane website and they are selling a orlowski complete bike for £ 1100...
if you know what i mean? ;)
...sure this is spoonish to spend so much money on a 'used' bike...
but that's how you are and that's how i am.
we love these bikes.
...and i hope this price is still fair and nobody feels offended by it, if so, please tell me!!
...that's the last thing I would want.
in my eyes it's still a good price for what you get.
if some people think that this is too much money, i can understand this in a way, but on the other hand...
i'll never sell this bike for a snap.
there's too much love involved...blahblahblah, i even bore myself. :)
cheers.

this is my ride. It's a Peloton from Japan built by Mr.Shitamori.
I"ll change the saddle to a kashimax aero, these kashimax 4P's aren't ridable on the streets and will buy another stem/handlebar combination, so if you have a used nitto123aa (38/39cm) and nitto proaa stem (90mm), please drop a line. :)

hey horatio.
i write it in here so everyone can read it. :)
I'll go to the atp festival next week and my ticket to london was 99€ return.go to www.bahn.de - angebotsberatung - Reisen quer durch Europa - internationale Fernverkehrsangebote - Spezialangebote Europa - london spezial and then check the trains.
I'm not sure if this deal is only for german customers, because when you switch to english language there is no "london spezial"?!another possibility is to use the eurostar (london) to bruessel. and then a ice to karlsruhe.
check the button "sparangebote".
i found some connection for 39 € (one way bruessel to karlsruhe), so if you can find cheap trains from london to bruessel maybe this is cheaper.
please note that you need a bike bag for the ice. Otherwise you will get kicked out!In most cases the train is a good alternative. if you count in the check-in time, flight time, riding to the airport,...it's the nearly the same as riding 6 hours in the train.
and of course it's ecofriendly and romantic. :)
hope this helps?can't wait to meet you guys again.

don't talk down your polo skills.
The fun thing about all this is that we all play on the same level with very different styles.
But everyone can beat everyone.
(except geneve and munich torros. Very impressive how consistant these guys reach the final!)
All you need is a lil bit of luck with your group und in the knock out games everythings possible.
Talking about london, cosmic and dt had a very hard group.
Maybe the hardest?
whatever, it was really a pleasure playing against you.Alex. (from Metz, Schindel & Söhne)
...talking bout the spirit:

@skoota
hehe, yeah. eddy had such a boring questionnaire so i thought i come up with something...
i had 2 options...'nein eddy' & 'halts maul und spiel gescheid polo' ('shut up and play decent polo')
:)
@ le car
maybe, we didn't talked about that yet.
i thought group pictures with all 10 players from each country would be a better format this year...we'll see. :)
@chukker
thx :)
