--------------------------------------THIS RIDE IS CAPPED -------------------------------
Let me know ASAP if the first train is too early for you. Don't switch unless you ok it with me first or swap with another rider.
if your name isn't on the list then i assume you are riding out.
@ bainbridge - you on the train?@ all - if you bail , do it quick and clear your name from the train so someone else can take your place in good time. get to the station in plenty of time to get group action.
Taking my name off the second train as not sure I will make it. Three days of no sleep at Bestival has killed me! If I get a second wind, I'll ride out and join you at the start.

Will try to make it up the hill for a bit tonight but not feeling awesome and off to bestival at weekend so will only be for one or two
C'mon Dan, I've got Bestival too but we can surely manage a couple of preparatory drinks!
Re the chaos this morning, I can only assume that people who travel underground every day don't know how to function in daylight. It was like Zombieland: morons on foot, on bike, and behind the wheel. Felt lucky to get to work in one piece.

Fucking right I am. Plastic? Real ducklings are cheap enough. Buy one, carry it everywhere in your new bag and let people marvel at how cute it is and how adorable the little peep noises it makes are. Then when it grows a bit and the quacking gets too much let it have free reign of a local pond. After its first winter, when its got a nice layer of fat around the breast area, butcher it and enjoy the utterly delicious taste of free range duck.
Geoff, are you actually able to think about anything except your next meat fix?

I is bbq-ing in Bromley (not even in London!) on Sat afternoon, but was thinking a morning ride would be nice beforehand if anyone's keen.
@Clara - would love to do the Clacton ride if it wasn't for bbq - looks like a really nice route.
