Good to hear you still have the original ones, put up some photos once its been done! The angles look very similar to this one http://velospace.org/node/44152
Could you take some photos of the lugs and seatclamp area? as it would be interesting to see the comparison to some that I've seen.
I would like to think its the older version Zeus track frame. As the newer ones had the Zeus pista ends. And the way I think main way to tell if its a Razesa branded frame is the curvy 'R' on the seat stay eyes. The fork crowns tend to be different and the dropouts are sometimes Gipiemme. Don't take this as gospel but its a rough guideline to identifying them.Chris.. I can't believe that you sold them for £30, I'm gutted to not have them :-(
In terms of progress there hasn't been any really. Ive got a box in the process of being sent here with loads of stuff Ive sourced in spain. Including a pair of clinchers which will pretty much complete the build.. well nearly!
Also just won this off evilpufferfishbay and should clean up nicely
One more thing, would it be cheating to get some custom Zeus caps made? seeing as they cant be thard to replicate to a good standard.

Yes Thrust! Ive been watching them for the past week but getting paid next week so made sure to win them. Very expensive but I would think they are worth it.
So much want, but so no need

Dude, I'm super jealous of all the Zeus gear that you've gotten your hand on. Here's my Zeus Pista frame that I picked up a few years ago:
My guess is that it's from around the early 70s, has french thread coming up the wazoo... I've been planning on slowly replacing the running gear with original Zeus parts, but have only done the BB, headset, seatpost at this stage. Unfortunately, Zeus parts pretty much never come up for sale here in Australia...
I think it might be but I can't really tell from the photo as its slightly blurry and far away. check this link out though for the dropout reference
The fork is for road unfortunately, itself is worth a decent bit in good condition I would hope but all I can say is good luck in finding a track one!!! I got a track crankset with 4 rings for cheap a while back from ebay.au and a road hub new in box, but they don't come up often. Its a case of looking worldwide and hope that customs doesn't sting you.
Does the bottom bracket shell have two gaps on the underside?
If it does its most probably a Zeus :-) -
Found this on a late night tip

Hey, was going to do this too but realised I don't have the time anytime soon to do it. Im not sure if its exactly what you want but got some tips.
Anyways, after you have filled it with foam cut the excess and smooth it as best as you can then use some filler to fill the smaller holes. This helps to get a smoother finish. Them sand super smooth. Then look for carbon weave sticky vinyl 1m x 1m should do it I think.Link to where I got the process from
