As it says on the tin, one spoke missing on the front (1 of 16), needs trueing, I would recommend using it for singlespeed, though it does come with a fixed 16 tooth and lockring, (but the thread looks weak)
Would be good for a ss pub/shop bike when you put a spoke in the front:
