I just look at the secan geo and think "slack".
I think the new strael has even better tyre clearance so I'm more inclined to go for that.
All bike purchases are a compromise to an extent and I think it probably makes more sense to compromise on the type of riding I will do least often. If I suddenly decide I love gravel riding I can always buy something more specific later. -

Strael owners - how well does it cope with the odd bit of bridepath/towpath riding?
I'm about to pull the trigger on a 3.0 but having last minute "should I buy a secan/equivalent"anxiety.
Realistically 90% of its duties will be daily workhorse and winter road bike but would like the option for a bit of fair weather gravel nibbling.

@BrickMan "they fail often" is not something I will ever be comfortable hearing in the same sentence as "brakes"
... Especially if I'm carting my kid around on the back 😬

Saw this yesterday - v interested. Don't really want a looooong cargo bike but something like this would be perfect. Also pretty reasonable money.
On the side: are the electric Terns not considered to be good? What are the other options for small bikes you can lug a child and some stuff around on? Vanmoof?

Interesting. I emailed sigma and they said I could use the 11spd upgrade hub for 188
@fredtc I thought the v7 were silver only? These are black which would indicate V8 no?

Great jacket but doesn't fit me. Worn a handful of times and has spent the rest of it's life on a coat hanger in a cupboard. Comes from a smoke and pet free home. Perfect for the coming months.
