ok if these people want to spread it out, or play in london or whatever. I would like to play all my fixtures in one weekend. Its easier for me to organize 2 people and stick with them, plus i really just want to get it over with. I will email these people and sort it out like that.
BAD

Spring Break
CosmicB, im cool with that...providing we can make the chosen weekend. Alternatively, we cut you some slack and let you chose from a pool of named subs (4 max) to use over the 6 week period. If we can play any team in play off group within 6 week period arranging games in advance will be easier. My opinion on the whole BAD situ is you didn't expect to be in this shitty position at start of season, so you've done your best to keep things going with minimal distrubtion to league. Besides, each team should be focused more on their own game and just deal with the situ. The most important factor of league is getting team practice and when it comes to crowning the champ, the best team will shine through regardless.

personally i prefer to keep play off fixtures to once a week rather than turn into a one weekend tourney. there's still plenty of time to spread out the competitive play before spring season + I assume if it became a weekend round robin tourney we'd only be able to fit in one 15 min max game in against each other which goes against the format for the season to date.

Keep 'em coming, John - come on Cosmic!
We feel your cosmic eye looking down on us Tom.
3 wins out of 4, lost to DTGP 2-0 ;-(
believe that'll be good for tomorrow.
Cambridge made up a bunch of team badges as well as some uk polo classics...such as one saying 'stabby stabber'. Only saw Vidal with one though...maybe he'll swap it for the malice rip one I got?

yeah it sounds a bit like that...but only because i now have to explain the situ on here to defend the accusation of dirty play.
im not saying i did the right thing against josh, but if people have issues with specific moments in games id much rather they are pulled up and discussed on court there and then. things happen in the heat of the moment which arent always right but putting statements on the forum about games after is poor form

Spring Break have two
gamesfixtures left..?Also: Notes for Comic today (as much as I love you guys)... keep your hands on your bars, no chicken winging, stay out of play when dabbing and play the ball not the man.
Awesome fixture to watch (serious skills), but it was pretty dirty at times.
yes, there was moment in the last game when i used my left hand on josh, which i admit is wrong and im sorry for that but i was trying to release his mallet hand from in front of my bars as in the heat of the moment i felt obstructed. i was not trying to be dirty and use the move to take advantage in play.
re. 'play the ball not the man' so it's okay to actively block & take out outfield players and keepers when not playing the ball but its wrong to safely shield a player in order to win the ball?
the rest...that was prob snoops ;-)

I'll take your slot Iain.
