I'd disagree, especially on a small budget. Get a digital camera with manual controls, you'll get instant feedback so will learn quicker

Pentax K1000. Bulletproof, cheap lenses and a pleasure to use.

Had a K1000 back in College many moons ago. Loved it.

Very small - around £50 as I'm also buying a Panasonic GX1 or GF1. I need to relearn how to use a manual camera again (I had a Pentax K1000 in College 20 years ago and have completely forgotten about the process). I think that going back to film will help me with digital long-term.

I'm looking at getting a cheap 35mm manual film camera - any recommendations? Considering something like a Olympus OM-10 to improve my manual abilities.

I'm looking to buy a Panasonic GX1 or GF1 in the next week or two, is there a big difference in performance? Also I know this is the wrong section but I'm looking at getting a cheap 35mm manual film camera - any recommendations?

I'm in a similar boat, considering switching from a Pentax K-x to a Olympus PEN (smaller and it will be in my bag a lot more).

Tivoli Audio DAB radios are very good, CEX sell them for around £75 which is a bargain. The Pure Evoke Flow is also excellent, has internet radio and can sometimes be found for £100.

Confused how thats going to cost 400? Just that list is near 500 and there is loads missing? Not trying to be confrontational, maybe I just googled the wrong place to buy? Torn between buying a PS4 early next year and building a budget pc (around £400 - AMD FX 6300, HD7850 2GB card, 8GB ram, 1TB HDD, 120gb SSD) for the first time in about 10 years. Any advice as to which path to take?
