I bought this a month ago for £150 and I've made some changes since switching to bullhorns and changing pedals. I'm buying my friend's Quest build which he has finally decided to sell.
Plus, after spending far too much time on this forum, all you Langster haters (punks) have finally got to me. I'm looking to get my £150 back if possible. In W11
Specialized Langster single speed bike for sale
07' rust colour
54cm frame
Bullhorn handlebars
RPM crank
Quick , light ride
There are marks on the frame but the bike is in good condition. -

I've been a newbie on the site (1 month) and this is my first SS project (will eventually switch to fixed).
As you can see, I've got an old 07' Langster and made a few changes over the last few weeks. I will probably powdercoat (light blue with glitter) it at Armourtex, upgrading the wheels and switching the forks but I'm also considering switching to another frame. -

Thanks for the warning - I'll leave it
I've just checked the Ribble site and they are flogging Dolan track frames for £110 and TT frames for £100! Would either of these be a good option.

its depends on the frame really, and not just the geometry.
as far as im aware ribble dont make a track frame, so if its road frame then stick with the langster, if its something they've made speacially then it might be worth getting as it will one be a bit unusual, it'll prob be track specifc rather than the rather slack geometry of the langster.
as far as frame materials are concerned on the track aluminium is great but without some comfortable contact points and some full carbon forks i wouldnt ride it on the road, but others do and they love it.
at the end of the day its your choice though, dont worry about others opinion and go and spend some money.
I have been offered a Ribble Audax/Winter 7005 frame with forks - It's in good nick and very tempting.
