Brockwell today to test out the new wettie, but it was too warm so went without (had it 3 weeks and it's still in the plastic wrapping!) 2hr gentle plod - first time I've done a couple of hours in ages - pins and needles in the arms for the last 40 mins or so.

Did feel a little bit of cold in the second hour, but nothing bothersome - probably due to a 5hr run yesterday and being drenched to the skin on the cycle there. Ate a bit of banana and HTFUed.

Why does getting wet feel glorious but putting on wet clothes feel like the worst thing in the world?

once the coating is gone, theyre rubbish though... they should re-coat them for a small cost. It's not very enviromentally friendly keep buying goggles.

How often do you buy goggles, im wondering if i am doing something wrong as i seem to need a new pair every 3-4 months, mainly because the anti fog gives up and i hate not being able to see clearly.

I've been meaning to go to the da Vinci exhibition at the Queen's gallery, whilst this collection contains his studies of anatomy and not exactly art for arts sake, I reckon it can be considered fine art if you'd like it to.

Seen the Da Vinci exhibition in Singapore, s'okay.

I'm looking forward to the Pre-Raphalites exhibition coming to the Tate Britain in September.

No. I got sucked off by a barmaid called Lorraine.

I was in a pub in town and we'd been walking along the beach and cliffs for most of the afternoon. After retiring to this boozer at about 5pm, we dug in and prepared to remain there until closing time. The young barmaid was rather like Cromer itself - once bright and fantastic, but now tired-looking and dull as a result of a lack of investment.

Anyway, we proceeded to get slowly battered and she asked us where we were from and what we were doing in Cromer.

I'll spare you all the details, but she could've taken the chrome off an exhaust pipe.

I have stated my objections to this. Being a female myself I find it offensive.
I am not arguing that some may find her attractive, just the part of her letting her side down.
I like the naked photo of her on her bike. That says, 'I am pro women athletes, it says look at me i am feminine and strong and i'd kick your arse '.
