Laps isn't badass (not even sure I'd call it riding - it's training) it's fucking dull, especially swains laps with wheel skipping up the hill on wet leaves. If someone has a ride in mind I'll join in. I'm out on the 10th whatever the weather and will be riding tomorrow (unlike some on the last wet norths) just not doing laps in it...

It's meant to piss it down tomorrow. Not doing laps of anywhere as a result.

Sodding Hell. I'm representing the charity at a major conference in the Grange (Coopers Row) this coming Thursday and Friday.

We're quite desperate to get hold of a laptop (as the promise we had fell through) just for these 2 days (1st/2nd September). We just need it to be able to play a couple of DVD's about the organisation.

Extremely cheeky I know but does anyone think they might have something I could borrow. It would never be ridden in a rucksack and would travel by car each time.

Just been called by a mate who works for 5live and they've had reports of cyclists being attacked during the riots and he was wondering whether anyone I knew/from the forum had whitnessed/experienced this and would be prepared to talk to them.
As far as I know everyone I know personally is ok but thought I should a) mention this has been reported so people can be extra vigilant and b) if you have been unfortunate and been involved and want to talk about it just to say to pm me and I will pass on his details.
