Losing what, you appalling mongstrel?
Ahhh I don't know, I'm losing it myself. Speaking of which, I managed to make an appalling cunt of myself again this evening. I pulled alongside the charming fella that rides TNRC on a beautiful colnago with delta brakes in regents park and completely forgot his name. I compounded my error by being on my motorbike at the time which rendered all but the most basic sign type communication impossible. After waving in a, frankly, limp wristed fashion, attempting to air draw TNRC, I remembered I have JUNG in large silver letters on the back of my leathers, which I hoped would prompt a moment of clarity, however, in the excitement, I forgot I was also wearing a hooded top obscuring the legend. In the end I had to ride off, leaving him nonplussed and me in deep shame.
DOH.
Still bicycle pain at lunchtime and motorcycle mayhem in the evening almost makes going to work worthwhile.

Free coffee at Rapha Cafe on the ride in this morning was great.
I will admit that I am well and truly taken in with the Rapha marketing/brand. I think I think I am their target demographic, middle class, with a penchant for middle aged men, bicycles and Italian porn.
Evocative photos of cyclists on misty climbs in the Pyrenees, over priced retro cycling jerseys. . I want it all......
There, I have said it.
Double fixed. ;)

My lower back is absolutely fine, which is curious as for the very great part, I was sat down. Legs a little tight but otherwise OK. Generally feel a bit doped out.
It's weird how slowly you actually go.and yes Andy, geared, full carbon and a half packet of shot blocks. ;)
Tuesday night was one of the nicest routes I've done with TNRC.
