My Lavoro in Rapha Team colours....this is the one from a few years ago with the scalloped seat tube - apparently they just made a few for the team to play on. Built up new last year and I'm just not using it. Has Profile Air Wings and Miche wheels etc...53cm compact. Everything is as new.

I was out yesterday (in my natty Jolly 88 jersey) with some of the Rapha chappies. It was a good little blast. Might be in for dishing out a little pain on the R(ichmond)P 3 if I can get out of bed.

Not bad if you stay on the coast but you'll miss the best bits up from st seb to pamplone and a great road up from there over to st jean on the french side. Watch out for the weather, it can be FILTHY up in the hills even in summer!

Something over 5000m of climbing in 2 days in Italy. The first day with temps hovering around 30 and very little shade was definitely the hardest! Such beautiful roads though...almost all smooth and so very, very quiet.

More epicness in Italia including 33degree heat and freezing cold, pissing rain on a very lairy 16km descent. Sphincter puckering indeedy....

Evans is in the form of his life but I can't see him mounting a convincing enough attack in the mountains to swing it. Wiggins will lose out a bit to sastre on the hills but should pull some back in the TT's. Basso is a real unknown quantity at the moment, maybe he'll ride into form Ullrich style...any which way, it's going to be awesome!
