well, that'd only make the whole shitty situation a lot shittier. waiting for them to reply, and sending the frame from portugal, waiting for it to arrive, waiting for them to check the frame, ship a new one (or the same after they have corrected the dropout with a vice)......I wouldnt wait any longer to ride my new bike, but that's just me.

^yeah, it sucks big time. I wouldn't bother sending it back to wiggle though...if they haven't replied in 5 days I don't think they're very interested in dealing with the whole thing...since you're in portugal and postage back would suck, try to sort it out yourself AND make a terrible review on wiggle.
