werd, im currently rocking a frame waaaaay to big for me, just because i needed a bike and didnt even begin to think before buying it (although its a comfy ride despite this), now im having enough trouble keeping it running let alone putting monies aside for a decent frame that fits!....ah to have a job that actually paid well stares off starry eyed into the middle distance

werd to the above, I was running 48x18 for ages and was having major knee issues, thought it was my cleats for aaaaaaaaages, but it turned out the gear was simply too high for mr skiddy here (im pretty sure it was skidding that did it) the moment i went to a spinnier gear my knee problems disappeared.

Innit, they tend to be one of those marmite bands, its either love or hate...
